Due to the custom nature of our signs we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ask all questions before purchasing.

Because we strive to keep the turnaround time as quick as possible, canceling an order can only be done up to 48 hours after purchase. If a request for a refund is not made within 48 hours from purchase, a store credit will be given. 

Woodword Design Studio signs are not responsible for any undelivered, mis-delivered due to incorrect address or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit.

Each sign can sit on a flat surface or hang from your favorite wall. Unless stated in description, hanging hardware is not included.

Each sign is handcrafted to order with love on real wood, which has natural imperfections (nicks, wood knots etc.,). Every piece of wood takes our paint and stain process differently and each has it's own distress pattern which makes every sign unique and one of a kind. The nature of wood can cause paint and stain to look a little different than pictured. No two signs are alike!!
