Shipping Information

We package your order carefully and ship it quickly. Most orders arrive at their destinations in a timely manner BUT occasionally they may be delayed or lost...it is the USPS after all!  

Please be sure your address is correct when checking out as customer will be responsible for returned shipping fees.

We start working on your order right when it is placed so there will be a $10 fee for any changes to your order after the fact.  It’s a good idea to double check to make sure all information is correct before you click the final payment button.

We ship only in the U.S. at this time.

Overnight Starts at– $45 -Up

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Mail.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We accept refund/exchanges only on non-custom items within 7 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for payment of return shipping and we must receive the item in its original packaging and in like-new condition.  Your money will be refunded (minus 15% handling fee and shipping charges) once we receive the item.

All custom orders are non-refundable, no exceptions.
